The aim of Career Services is to support students’ employment and to help employers in recruiting and employer branding.
Long term and wide-ranging corporate relations and close contacts with students form the basis of our activities. Our mission is to facilitate our students in finding relevant employment by
- mediating appropriate vacancies,
- organizing employer events and
- enhancing our students' job hunting skills.
For employers we offer tools for recruiting students, for example Aalto CareerWeb and our marketing services. You can offer students opportunities during their studies (internships, part-time jobs, projects, thesis subjects etc.) and after their studies (graduate jobs, trainee programs etc.).
The employer brand can be promoted efficiently in events, organized by Career Services or your own organization. Our biggest events are ARENA and TalentIT Career Fairs (both in November). We organize many smaller events during the year, too.
Timing and good target group selection are extremely important in recruiting students as well as in building your employer brand. Our staff helps you in finding the right way to approach our students.
